What Others Are Saying

So very helpful in calming down my nervous system and getting in some good movement most days.

While I have a couple of online programs I've purchased and have yet to complete, your First Aid Kit is not one of them! It's not hard to stick to when you start to crave it every day! I tried traditional vinyasa yoga classes in the past but always ended up leaving with a headache, and was so disappointed because I knew that yoga could have many benefits for me. I avoided it for years. THANK YOU for all the work you've done to put together these programs for us!

I am loving Adriane's Yoga for Migraine classes.

I have taken yoga classes in the past, however too many of the poses were pain triggers for me.  I love taking the classes in the privacy of my own home where I can take my time getting comfortable and not feel judged.  Adriane has adapted traditional yoga to be user friendly for anyone suffering from migraines, as well as other physical challenges that make self-care a challenge.
