Beyond Migraine’s goal is to help you establish a daily 30 minute yoga practice. Expect to practice yoga about 3 hours per week plus 1 hour in group coaching and 1-2 hours of education and reflection activities for a total of 5-6 hours per week. These hours are an investment in your health that will actually save you exponentially more hours from time in bed with a migraine attack.
In addition to a weekly live coaching call and yoga class, you’ll get a weekly pre-recorded module with trainings on neuroscience, migraine research and yoga philosophy plus a daily yoga video to guide your practice. You will have unlimited coaching along the way.
Everything in Beyond Migraine is hosted on the Marvelous platform. You can access your modules, live calls, yoga classes and 1:1 sessions all in one place.
You have unlimited coaching access with me via email or FB messenger. Anytime you’re confused or overwhelmed, reach out to me. I will also connect with you each week for a check in. You can submit questions in our live group calls and connect personally in two 1:1 sessions (1:1 sessions not included in Move Over Migraine). You will feel more supported than ever!
After your time in Beyond Migraine, you’ll have established your daily yoga habit and will have an additional bonus year of access to my live yoga classes and Migraine Wellness Membership (my Netflix for Yoga for Migraine with 100+ on-demand videos) to maintain your practice and migraine resilience for the long-run.
Not at all! If this is your first foray into yoga or it’s been awhile, you’ve come to the right place. I specialize in helping people with migraine who have been unable to safely exercise (or even walk around their house) to develop a daily yoga practice and get moving again.
The yoga practices start out still and meditative and gradually progress to be more physically active. And you always are encouraged to adjust your yoga practice to match your pain level.
